Do you have some friends coming over for tea or dinner at the last second?
Then this is the perfect pudding for you.
It takes literally not even 5 minutes to make, with just few basic ingredients.
Let's see how to make it!
INGREDIENTS:(for 2 people, about 2 cups of pudding):
- 2 cups of Coconut milk;
- half cup of Chia seeds;
- 1 tsp of Vanilla extract;
- 2 tbsp of Maple syrup (plus as much as you like on the top, when the pudding is ready);
- Fruit for topping (any kind. I prefer to use blackberries and grapes).
HOW TO:
- in a big bowl, mix all the ingredients (except the fruit) using a spoon;
- divide the mixture in 2 dessert bowls;
- cover them and put them in the fridge for 2/3 hours;
- top up with fruit of your choice (I use grapes and blackberries) and more maple syrup;
- how easy was that?!

VERSIONE IN ITALIANO
Ospiti in arrivo all'ultimo minuto?
Allora questo semplice dolce fa per voi.
CI si mette letteralmente 5 minuti a farlo, con ingredienti molto semplici!
Vediamo come farlo!
INGREDIENTI:(per 2 persone):
- 480 ml di latte di cocco in lattina;
- 60 grammi di semi di chia;
- 1 cucchiaio di estratto di vaniglia;
- 2 cucchiai di sciroppo d'acero (piu' 3/4 cucchiai per guarnire);
- frutta per guarnire
PROCEDIMENTO:
- in una ciotola capiente, mescolare tutti gli ingredienti esclusa la frutta;
- dividere il composto in 2 coppette da dessert;
- coprirle e porle in frigo per 2/3 ore;
- guarnire con la frutta e lo sciroppo d'acero;
- voila'! Quanto e' facile e veloce da fare?!
